UHC Nevada: Annual TB Test Instructions
To complete your annual TB Test requirement, please go to one of the clinics listed below during the hours of operation.
Note: The clinics are walk-in only; they do not accept appointments.
You do not need to bring a printed requisition with you to your blood draw. An electronic requisition has been entered on your behalf. Upon arrival, present your valid state or federally issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport or social security card.
